Taylor Morris was born and raised in Peoria, IL. She will graduate in August and walk in May with a Bachelor’s in Art and a minor in Business Administration.
Since childhood, she has taken part in many musical activities that have shaped her and allowed her to express herself. Art was always a hobby that came naturally with her creativity, and, while taking general classes in college, she decided that it was the niche she was able to express herself most through.
While in college, she participated in many activities such as choral, chambers, as well as musicals in the school’s theater. Mental Music will be her first solo show.
GRATITUDE
All of my work has led up to this. You are invited for an experience intended to provoke you to reflect on mental health.
Eureka College has led me to this opportunity. During my years at the college, my variety of courses continued to influence my passion until I changed business to a minor and made art my major.
These works were meant to be shown in a physical gallery, but the global pandemic has forced my senior gallery project to the pages of a website. Circumstances of this virtual gallery may not be ideal, but they do not change the depth of my appreciation for what the college, my professors, peers, family, and friends have done to support me. Thank you to all of you.
